I'm trying to find a software program to capture video from the following website http://www.ontla.on.ca/web/go2.jsp?Page=/webcast/webcast_main&locale=en&menuItem=dandp_webcast . My plan is to set it up on my old laptop strictly for this purpose while I work normally on my desktop so that the taping doesn't get interrupted. The purpose is to tape certain segments throughout the day that I need to post on our website/facebook and youtube pages. I think I'll need a converte...

I use Tiles alll the time and have had it on my work computer (XP) as well, then about a week or so ago, it stopped working at work. I downloaded it again from Stardock store website from my account, but it still says that the beta version has expired. Any way around this, on my home computer (W7), it's fine? I have a full subscription of ObjectDesktop.

Customize.org http://customize.org/browse/latest had experienced a run of malware and spam a couple of months ago (just like dA) and to deal with it, they installed a virus scanner and blocked uploads for awhile so that the moderators could clean up the site. The scanner is not perfect, but they are trying to find a better solution - so you still have to be careful in what you download. For some reason, it reads all windowblinds as infected, but my contact there is working to correct that. ...

Saw this article http://lifehacker.com/#!5787083/bins-creates-stacks-of-applications-in-your-windows-7-taskbar on Lifehacker just now and it's supposedly by Stardock, just wondering why we haven't heard about it before. I'm about to go and try it out... Bins Creates Stacks of Applications in Your Windows 7 Taskbar  by Adam Dachis Windows: From the creators of Fences comes Bins, which is basically the Windows 7 equivalent of the "Stacks" feature in Mac OS X. I've had my new computer with Win7 now for about two months. Coming straight from XP, I'm now pretty comfortable with it and want to try out different software. Can I use BootSkins, LogonStudio Vista and Deskscapes. Or do I have to wait for those programs to be upgraded for Win7.

Just when I thought everything was going smoothly... Every skin I've tried this evening has a black outline around the start menu and a different color at the left side of the taskbar, and underneath the icons on the left side of the taskbar is a vague picture of a search bar. None of these skins did this before tonight. I checked to see if I had the latest windowblinds and found that my version hadn't installed properly - I had to do 'Verify Installation' twice before it showed that it was...

Any website I go to using Firefox or IE8 is totally screwed up. Not sure why - missing code/css/java/whatever. Buttons and links are missing, etc. Everything has been working perfectly until this. Everything is updated, virus scan was clean. I have a new laptop, Windows 7 x64. Using ObjectDock Ultimate, Windowblinds 7.0-build 230. Any help would really be appreciated, I can't get anything done with my browser like this.

Sorry, I don't know what happened!!!All my purchased Stardock products are on my personal laptop only. My son is now gone off to school and has a new desktop computer and I plan on taking over his old one. I'd like to put my software on his old desktop and I know that's allowed as long as only one system is used at a time. I plan on keeping his stuff on it so that he can play his games and go on the internet when he's visiting. I have two questions... Can I have Windowblinds and other progr...

With some blinds, there doesn't seem to be enough room in the start menu for both icons and text. Is there a way to not have icons displayed in the start menu and just have text? I'm using XP SP3, ObjectDesktopUltimate. Thanks for any tips you might have.

I've just had a new drive and more RAM put in my laptop. With the help of Philly and Zubaz, I've re-installed all skinning programs that I had on it originally, but I'm left with one problem. I was using Logon Studio (for xp), and it doesn't seem to work now. When I try to open the program I get this message... Run-Time error '339'. Component 'COMDLG32.0CX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. My WC subscription and Objec...

I have a WinCustomize.com RSS Feed set up on my Rogers/Yahoo homepage. It used to always show current information, but for the last 2 months, it doesn't update itself. The Url is http://rss.wincustomize.net/wincustnews.xml , ID #4734536. Does anybody have any idea why it's not updating, or how to correct it?

I purchased Object Desktop and Cursor XP in early 2007. I know that I will have to renew for another year soon. What is the difference between renewing Object Desktop and purchasing a subscription to Wincustomize (which I'm thinking of purchasing now)?
